Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations before 12 September 2025 – Full refund.
  • Cancellations between 12 September and 30 September 2025 – 50% refund (may be appealed).
  • Cancellations from 1 October 2025 up to the commencement of the event – No refund, except in exceptional circumstances.

Should the Organising Committee make the decision to cancel FedWalks 2025 there will be a full refund.
