Cancellation & Refund Policy

For cancellations up to 22 September 2023, a full refund will be given.; for those that cancel between 23 September and 6 October a refund minus a $50 fee will apply (which can be appealed); and for those cancelling after 6 October up to the commencement of the event there will be no refund except in exceptional circumstances.  

Should the Organizing Committee make the decision to cancel FedWalks 2023 there will be a full refund.
