Every person planning to attend Fedwalks25 must complete an individual booking: walkers, leaders, whips and other volunteers.

As the event Hub is in a very public location in the centre of Halls Gap, you must be wearing your name badge to gain entry.

Register for each of the days that you plan to walk ($20 per day), then select your Saturday/Sunday walks. Note that numbers for each walk are limited for safety. Registration gives you access to the hub and a copy of the event booklet.

Volunteers (walk leaders, whips and Hub helpers) registration at no cost provides access to the hub and a copy of the event booklet.

The Saturday evening dinner in Centenary Hall (cost $45) is limited by the size of the hall to 100, so book early. There are plenty of other dining options in Halls Gap.

Make sure you have checked the Walk Location Map and read the walk descriptions carefully to select a different area for each day. Also note the grading, distance and estimated time. The attraction of walking in this area is to experience the climbing and rocky surfaces that lead you to the spectacular views. Walks planned to take a slower pace on the steep sections will have an easier grading.

Steps for booking:

  • Add ticket for Saturday walk, then select walk
  • Add ticket for Sunday walk, then select walk
  • Add no cost ticket for volunteer
  • Add dinner ticket
Once you have done your registration and selected your walks, you will then be asked to complete all required personal details.
You will then be taken to the Checkout page for payment.

Remember to bring the confirmation email when you arrive in Halls Gap to register.
