Accommodation for the event will be at Tidal River.  All group lodges and huts, large and small, have been booked, along with powered and unpowered campsites.

Accommodation Packages

Non Powered Camping Sites:   Price - $95 per person/package
Powered Camping Sites:  Price - $100 per person/package
Huts Accommodation: Open plan Bedroom/Living Area. Max of four people per hut. Also, there are two huts that have a max of six people per hut. Guests bring their own pillows/blankets/linen and make use of nearby campground amenities. Limited/small kitchen facilities in the hut.

Price - $125 per person/package 
Lodge Accommodation: Group accommodation. All bunk beds. Blankets and pillows supplied. Bring the rest of your linen. Central dining and living areas, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and outdoor BBQ.

Price - $140 per person/package
Cabins Accommodation: Max of six people per cabin. One queen size bed in one room, and two bunk beds in another room. Lounge and dining area overlook a timber deck. Fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom. All linen and towels provided.

Price - $160 per person/package
Units Accommodation: Max of two people. One bedroom with queen size bed. A few units have 2 single beds instead of a queen size bed. All linen and towels provided. Self-contained kitchen, living area, bathroom and sun deck. Shared BBQ area.

Price - $295 per person/package
Wilderness Retreats: Safari style tents. Max of two people. Couples. One Queen size bed and ensuite. All linen and towels provided. Each tent has a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and an outdoor deck. A communal kitchen with fridge, hot plates, microwave, crockery and cutlery, and cooking utensils is available.
