The Package
The Event Package comprises of:
- Accommodation – 2 nights: 4pm Fri 11 Oct – Midday Sun 13 Oct 2024
- Walks bookings*- Saturday and Sunday
- Fed Walks 2024 booklet
- Transport to and from walks
- Ongoing tea/coffee/cake in our hub
- Saturday night entertainment
*Note (Boat trip to Sealers Cove on Saturday Walk 21 will incur an extra cost of $130)
Each participant books their own package. Leaders, volunteers, walking and non-walking participants are required to nominate an accommodation package and record individual contact details.
When registering, please name your partner so that queen-sized beds can be allocated to couples if available. We will endeavour to place club members together in group accommodations wherever possible. The wilderness retreats are for couples only.
The price varies due to different types of accommodation available. Camping is the cheapest option and glamping is the most expensive. Other options include huts, lodges, cabins, units and wilderness retreats so familiarise yourself with the options. When accommodations fill up, bookings will no longer be available.
Extras to the package: You can book Sunday night’s accommodation (cost of extra night’s accommodation) and Saturday night dinner which is $45.

Non-walking partners will receive a $55 discount on their booking.

Walkers who do not require accommodation will be required to pay $55.
CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY:
For cancellation of the package prior to 11 September 2024,
$55, less a $10 cancellation fee will be refunded.
The accommodation component of the package will also be refunded, if we can fill your vacated accommodation booking. There will be NO refund on the dinner.
There will be NO refunds within 30 days of the event unless a Medical Certificate is provided.
If you are also booked on the Wanderer Adventures 7am boat cruise from Tidal River to Sealers Cove, and this is subsequently cancelled there will be a refund for the cruise.
Should Parks Victoria or the Fed Walks 24 organising committee make the decision to cancel the event, then there will be a FULL refund.
