Arrabri Lodge, 450 Woods Point Road, Warburton East has been booked as the main venue for the weekend and for those seeking a combined accommodation and meals package. It is a 5km, 5 minute drive from Warburton Visitor Information Centre.

Accommodation offered will be in 2, 3 or 4 person bed/bunk rooms. A single male or female is able to book into a shared same sex dormitory room sleeping a maximum of 4 people. Bookings for Arrabri can only be made from lst July, the same date as Registrations open for the weekend.

The package offered at Arrabri is as follows:

Two nights accommodation in shared dormitory rooms including all meals, eg 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners at a cost of $252 per person, or

Two nights accommodation in shared rooms including meals, eg 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and dinner on Saturday night - $228 per person

Saturday and Sunday (Breakfast: 7.00am – 8.15am)
Fruit juice, cereal, cooked dish, toast/spreads with tea and coffee

Saturday and Sunday (Lunch: Assemble your own 7.15am – 8.15am)
Selection of breads, meats, salad items, snack and fruit)

Friday dinner – 2 course meal with tea and coffee (6.15pm sharp)

Saturday dinner – 2 course meal with tea and coffee (from 6.15pm)


(a) Dinner on Friday night is only available to those staying at Arrabri and subject to a minimum of 25 people booking. Dinner confirmation will be advised on your Walk/Registration advice
(b) Tea and coffee available at all times in the Diningroom
(c) Costs are per person even if booking a group into the same room
(d) No keys are provided to the rooms
(e) A siren will be rung for dinner on both Friday and Saturday nights and you are asked to attend promptly

Arrabri is set on a picturesque 12 acre property with 5 acres of natural bushland. The complex is centrally heated and air conditioned. Accommodation is provided for up to 190 guests in 33 rooms. It is anticipated however, that most participants would prefer a maximum of 2-4 people per room. Larger numbers per room can be accommodated if so desired. Some rooms have been set aside to allow walkers booking on their own to share with other persons of the same sex. Mattresses, pillows and 1 blanket are provided per bed. Bring your own sleeping bag/sleeping sheet or doona, sheets, towels, pillowslips plus your own toiletries and clothing. A few accommodation rooms have their own en suite but bathroom facilities are close to all sleeping areas.

Participants are entitled to use the recreation facilities at Arrabri such as the Games Room, Table Tennis, Mini Golf, Tennis Court, Lawn Bowls, Trampoline and Swimming Pool, but not the Giant Swing, Flying Fox, Climbing Wall or Archery. Simply ask Management for relevant sporting equipment. 

190 can be seated at one time in the dining room with 6-8 people per table. Water bottles can safely be filled from any water tap. Check in at Arrabri from 4.00pm. Arrabri closes at 5.00pm on the Sunday.


There is a great diversity of other accommodation around Warburton and the proximity to Melbourne also allows for day trips.
