Booking

Bookings opens on Monday 1st July at 8.00am and will close on Sunday 1st September at 10.00pm.

COSTS: Dinner at the Cumberland Resort Hotel is $45. Registration costs $40 ($20 for one day). Our booking agent, TryBooking, charges 50 cents per booking. Registration costs cover: Hire of the hall, printing brochure and name badges, refreshments, stationary etc.

NOTE:

Every walker is required to complete the pdfMedical Information Form and carry it while walking, for use in an emergency.

Bushwalking Victoria Associate Club members, BWV Individual members and visitors are required to complete a "Acknowledgment of Risk Form for Temporary Members/Visitors" pdfTemporary Members  form to be handed in at registration.

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION WILL BE REQUIRED for each booking. Please book for only one person at a time. Ensure you have the information below before starting to use the electronic booking system.

GUIDELINES ON USING TRYBOOKING - Please print for ready reference

1. Click on 'BOOK', below, then, on the Federation Walks 2019 homepage, click on the yellow buton at the top right.

2. Make your selections from the Ticket table, a maximum of one walk per day and the dinner for one person

3. Click NEXT (found at the bottom)

2. Enter requested Additional Information (the ones with a red asterisk * are mandatory), and below in Ticket Holder Information, the name of the walker/diner for each ticket, and dietary requirements if relevant. (You can copy and paste your name from one ticket to the next)

3. In the YOUR CART screen will be a display of what you have booked.

If there is a GIFT / PROMOTION box, please ignore it.

4. For the payment, fill in the Booking Details and Payment details and click PURCHASE

5. Select TICKETS, then PRINT. However, you will also be sent an email with a link to your tickets and you can print from there.

6. A confirmation email will be sent to the person making the booking, with a link to the tickets. Click on this and print out the tickets, if you have not already done so

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations prior to two weeks before the event (up to 5th October) will receive a full refund (less the 30 cents TryBooking fee). Cancellations after 5th October will not receive any refund of Booking fees.

You may cancel from the event at any time until bookings close on Sunday lst September by forwarding your original TryBooking confirmation email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You will receive a refund of your ticket price less the 30 cents TryBooking fee.

It is not possible to amend a booking once submitted and paid. If you have made a mistake, you can rebook, then request cancellation and refund of your original booking by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . You will however, lose your previous place for walk choice.

NOTE: In the unlikely event the total weekend is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as fire, high temperatures or storms, there will be no refunds issued for registration fees.

WALK CONFIRMATION/ALLOCATION

Attendees will receive an email approximately three weeks before the event confirming which walks they have been allocated, as well as their walk assembly time, dinner booking etc. Attendees who were booked by someone else will be notified via the person who made the booking.
